Xinle Huabao Plastic Film Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999,which is a subsidiary of Hebei Huabao Plastic Machinery Joint-stock Co., Ltd.  It is located in Xinle City, Hebei Province, closed to 107 National Road and Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway ,6 km away from Shijiazhuang International Airport, 228 km away from Beijing, and 275km away from Tianjin Port.

 

The Company pays more attention to technical innovation and introduces leading production techniques and processing equipment internationally, specializing in exploitation, development and production of PE cast film, high-elastic film,degradable health consumables with gravure and flexo multicolor printing,that is a professional manufacturer of PE cast film in China currently. The products mainly include: seven-layer coextrusion casting film,high-elastic film,varied grade pet pad film,ultra low gram breathable film,low heat shrinkable breathable film,low gram super-soft laminated PE,six-color flexo printing film etc ,The company has more than 1100 sets of printing patterns, which can produce various specifications and patterns according to customers demand. These products are environmental protection, non-stimulation. They are used for baby diaper, adult incontinent product, women’s sanitary napkin, medical hygienic products,lamination film of building and many other fields, which grant more than 20 national patents.

We have passed ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certification, ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system certification ,large-scale domestic and foreign enterprise inspections and the US BSCI human rights inspection. Our products passed the test of US FDA food hygiene inspection, TUV-phage Penetration ,  SGS and they don’t contain :Candida albicans, Clostridium, Salmonella; cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBS), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). These test results are in compliance with the limits of EU RoHS Directive 2011/65 / EU Annex ∥.

 

 

The fabrics of protective clothing and isolation clothing have passed GB / T 19082 testing standard for disposable medical protective clothing of China, AAMI pb70 testing standard for protective clothing of the United States and en13795 testing standard for isolation clothing of the European Union; The fully biodegradable membrane has passed GB / T 19277.1-2011 "determination of ultimate aerobic biodegradability of materials under controlled composting".
